Responsibilities
Reporting to Manager, Support Services of the Marketing Department, the incumbent is responsible for:
- Providing proactive and direct technical support to internal and external customers and partners
- Handling pre-sales and post-sales activities e.g. tender proposal, link budget, network planning, earth station qualification, customer report, emergency backup planning, interference issues etc.
- Working closely with Engineering and Operation departments in order to carry out the duties and handling adhoc projects when necessary
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 8 years hands-on project management experience in customer technical support and sales services in sizable organizations, preferably with exposure to the satellite broadcasting, media or telecommunications industries
- Knowledge in telecommunications technology, satellite applications and services is preferred
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Proactive, self-driven and good team player
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
