How To Submit A Vacancy NoticeRegistrationTo submit a vacancy notice, recruiters must be registered.
Once registered, all you need to do is send your vacancy notices to us as part of the body of an email message, or as ms word or pdf files. If you wish, we can also extract vacancy notices directly from your website. Please make sure your vacancy notice includes the following information:- Job Title
- Company Name
- Location
- Description of duties
| - Educational requirements
- Type of work (permanent, contract)
- Contact email address
| Vacancy notices for both permanent and contract positions are accepted.
Vacancy notices will generally be included without editing of the text and may include images, though Microcom reserves the right to refuse to post inappropriate material, to edit vacancy notices and to reduce the size of large image files. Vacancy notices will normally be posted for a period of 60 days unless otherwise requested. If the vacancy notice includes a closing date then it will be posted until the day after the closing date.
Submissions will be accepted from both organisations recruiting themselves and from agencies acting on their behalf.
Vacancy notices should include an email address or www url where potential candidates can receive more information and can send their applications.
Vacancy notices will be posted on the Jobs in Space web site within one working day of receipt.
No fee will be charged for candidates which approach your company directly in response to a vacancy notice published on this web site.
